发布易1月16日-氯碱化工(600618)晚间公告称，公司与公司控股股东上海华谊(集团)公司(以下简称“上海华谊”)拟按股权比例(60∶40)以现金出资方式，对广西华谊氯碱化工有限公司(以下简称“广西氯碱公司”)进行增资。其中公司增资8.21亿元，上海华谊增资5.47亿元。氯碱化工表示，因广西氯碱公司投资建设30万吨/年烧碱、40万吨/年聚氯乙烯项目需要大量建设资金投入，双方股东拟对其进行增资。本次增资能够为项目的建设开发提供重要资金支持，保障项目的顺利开展。本项目投资完成后，可能因为日常生产经营的需要与公司控股股东上海华谊产生新增关联交易。
