近日，西南化工研究设计院有限公司相继中标中石油云南石化公司、抚顺石化公司3套大型制氢装置转化催化剂项目，打破了国外催化剂供应商在该领域长期垄断的局面。12万标准立方米/时制氢装置是目前国内大的天然气、液化气等混合气转化制氢装置，是云南石化1300万吨/年炼油配套项目。制氢装置以天然气、psa解吸气、液化气的混合气体为原料，经加氢、脱硫、预转化、转化制氢工序，终通过psa工艺，达到满足加氢装置的合格氢气。
