简单来说，催化剂就像是化学反应的“加速器”。在聚氨酯合成中，催化剂的作用是加快异氰酸酯（nco）与多元醇（oh）之间的反应速度，从而控制聚合过程、调节终产品的性能。

而在水性体系中，由于水的存在，传统的有机锡类催化剂容易失活或造成环境污染，因此需要使用更环保、更适合水性环境的催化剂。
