3月18日，重庆九龙坡区与广东国鸿氢能科技有限公司、鸿基创能科技(广州)有限公司等6家氢燃料电池企业签订协议，合作建设氢能科技产业园，打造中国西部(重庆)氢谷。根据项目协议，6家企业将在重庆九龙坡区投资40亿元(人民币，下同)，建设氢燃料电池8大关键核心零部件(质子交换膜、催化剂、膜电极、双极板、碳纸、电堆、空压机、氢气循环系统)以及燃料电池系统集成科技产业园。估计项目达产产值200亿元/年以上，税收贡献8.1亿元/年以上。项目建成后，将集聚优势头部企业形成生态链闭环，大力增强重庆市氢能产业发展核心配套能力。同时，广东国鸿氢能科技有限公司、九龙坡区及产业相关方将共同出资数十亿元组建全国性的总部运营公司，开展燃料电池车辆推广等合作。
