当地时间6月21日，迪拜政府媒体办公室称，将从当地时间7月7日起允许外国游客入境，持有迪拜居留签证的外国居民将从6月22日起可以入境。
迪拜政府媒体办公室在声明中称，进入迪拜的人员必须出示其新冠检测结果呈阴性的新证明，或者在抵达迪拜机场时接受检测。声明还表示，自6月23日起，将允许迪拜公民和居民出境旅游。
迪拜政府称，赴迪拜旅游的游客必须要有医疗保险、新冠病毒检测证明并填写完整的健康申报表。
